Smart Money Tracker (“SMT”, “we”, “the platform”) is a subscription-based information and research tool for Indian equity and derivatives markets. We aggregate and present publicly available and derived data — including NSE option-chain metrics, FII/DII flows, OI walls, session snapshots, and AI-assisted narrative summaries — to help you understand market context.

We are not a broker, portfolio manager, investment adviser, or research analyst registered with SEBI. Use of this platform does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or broker-client relationship.

2. Not investment advice

All content — including but not limited to:

• Evening research briefings and AI-generated analysis
• Live dashboard signals, scores, setup labels (e.g. SPRING, UTAD, DISTRIBUTION, NO_TRADE)
• OI wall levels, max pain, PCR, bias tags, and playbook text
• Stock packs, pre-breakout scans, and accuracy tracker history

3. No confirmed trades

Signal scores, setup types, and highlighted levels are algorithmic observations based on rules and models applied to delayed or snapshot data. A label such as “SPRING” or a high conviction score does not mean a trade has been executed, validated, or recommended by us.

NO_TRADE is a valid and frequent outcome. When signals appear, they may be blocked by internal gates, vetoed by secondary checks, or wrong in hindsight. Past examples in our accuracy tracker are historical records — not promises of future performance.

4. Your responsibility

By using SMT, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions
• You will not rely on the platform as your only basis for entering or exiting positions
• You understand that derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You have the knowledge and financial capacity to bear losses from your decisions
• You will comply with applicable laws, exchange rules, and your broker’s terms

5. Data accuracy & delays

Market data is sourced from third parties (including NSE) and may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or temporarily unavailable. OI snapshots are captured at fixed intervals (e.g. every 5 minutes during live sessions), not tick-by-tick. AI summaries may misinterpret data or omit material context. We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information displayed.

6. No guarantees

Trading and investing carry inherent risk. We make no representation or warranty that any analysis, signal, or level will result in profit or avoid loss. Hypothetical or back-tested performance has inherent limitations and does not reflect actual trading costs, slippage, or liquidity constraints.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMT and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Subscription & account terms

Access is granted on a subscription basis (Basic or Pro tiers). Features, pricing, and availability may change. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment. Trial periods convert to paid plans according to the plan selected at signup unless cancelled as communicated separately by the administrator.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, scrape, or resell platform data or analysis without written permission
• Share login credentials or circumvent access controls
• Present SMT outputs as guaranteed trades or regulated research to third parties
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

10. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted on the login page or within the product.
